Background
This is an extended activity of collaboration between Research Centre for ESG (CESG) at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) and Center for Environmental, Social, and Governance Studies (CESGS) at Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR). HSUHK and UNAIR began their cooperation in 2024 to co-host the 2nd Asia Sustainability and ESG Summit in Bali. The successful experience led to the continuous cooperation between the two parties.
Objectives of this networking event
We aim to:
– Enhance the understanding about sustainable business investment opportunity in Indonesia for Hong Kong professionals and investors, including investment opportunities in Indonesia.
– Hong Kong is positioned as the Asia Financial Centre for capital market (e.g., IPOs), green bonds, asset management and family office. The Indonesian delegates will have opportunities to network with professionals and executives in the financial sector.
Who
The participants include Indonesian representatives (both industry and academic) and Hong Kong industry executives and government representatives. We aim to showcase the bilateral opportunities and support such a meaningful dialogue on sustainable business investment.
